Since 1993, we have produced Termoclima® Double Glazing with a fully equipped and
industrialized manufacturing line for the automated production of the Hermetic Double
Glazing for the organic systems of spacers like Swiggle Seal® and Duraseal®, Quanex®
Building Products, which have great projection and intervention in the international market.
After 25 years of continuous production and supply, we can say that La Casa de los
Cristales® has the greatest experience and technical capacity in advising, producing and
marketing the Hermetic Double Glazing in the country.
La Casa de los Cristales® permanently promotes and values the correct use of Double
Hermetic Glazed units in the country, making it a prestigious and high quality product.
It is a flexible and organic foam spacer that provides excellent perimeter insulation for sealed glazing units, especially used in glazing. The structural foam spacer is desiccant filled and has pre-applied side adhesive that considerably simplify the production of insulating glass units.
It is a spacer made of flexible silicone foam that includes structural silicone glazing, designed to meet the most demanding market requirements, and is commonly used in facades and large glazed fronts. Its special triple seal design incorporates an internal acrylic adhesive seal for immediate unit handling.
Our production line incorporates an Erdman Sealer machine, a fully automated high production line for the manufacture of Double Glazed Glass, which allows us to manufacture all the products of the Super Spacer line.
